These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of csswithshahzaib.org.pk and related services operated by Shahzaib (“we,” “us,” or “CSS with Shahzaib”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting the site, registering an account, or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent where applicable) and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. What we provide

CSS with Shahzaib offers educational content for Pakistan's CSS examination — including syllabus-aligned notes, MCQs, past papers, roadmaps, video lectures, and premium subject access through subscriptions. Content is for personal study and exam preparation only.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate registration information and update it when it changes.
• One account should not be shared among multiple users unless we explicitly allow it for a specific plan.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized sharing of paid content.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Some subjects and features require a paid subscription. Prices, duration, and included content are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By paying, you also agree to their terms where applicable.
• Subscriptions grant access for the stated period. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions do not automatically renew; check the checkout page for your plan details.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@csswithshahzaib.org.pk with your account email and payment reference.
• We may change pricing or subscription features for future purchases. Existing active subscriptions are honored for their purchased term.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — text, notes, MCQs, videos, graphics, branding, and software — is owned by CSS with Shahzaib or used under license. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for your personal CSS preparation.

You may not, without our written permission:

• Copy, scrape, or redistribute paid content publicly or commercially
• Record or re-upload video lectures to other platforms
• Remove copyright notices or attribution
• Use our brand name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass access controls

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Share account credentials or subscription access with others
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful code
• Harass other users in live chat or support channels
• Impersonate CSS with Shahzaib, FPSC, or any government body
• Overload or disrupt site infrastructure

7. Free and third-party content

Some pages are free; others require subscription. We may link to external resources (FPSC notices, books, news). We are not responsible for third-party sites or their accuracy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and content are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee exam success, allocation, or that content covers every possible exam question. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSS with Shahzaib and Shahzaib shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including lost study time, exam results, or data loss. Our total liability for any claim related to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove features, subjects, or content to keep the platform current with syllabus changes and exam patterns. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes affecting active subscribers.

11. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
